Daily Routine:I am working in Night Shift.I get up at around 4pm and i leave to the office.After reaching there i will have a cup of tea.At 8.30 pm i will have my dinner which comprises 2 chappatis and rice.I reach my home at around 5:30 Am have my break fast and i will sleep.
My fitness goal: To get into the 80-82 kg weight range within the next three months.

Daily routine: Wake up in Morning at 5.30, go 4 prayer,refresh, go to office have cup of Tea sometimes with couple of biscuits, have a cup of tea again 2-3 times, then my lunch at 2.00(Rice & Curry), have cup of tea between 3 - 4PM, leave the office at 5-5.30PM. GO home wash my cloths, refresh, Iron my cloths. prepare food. I have my Dinner (Rice & Curry) between 9 & 9.30 PM, watch TV & go to bed at around 11.00PM
One year back my waist was 28 and now suddenly since last 3 month my waist has increase to 32. Please advise me how to reduce My waist to 29-30.

Hi , I am 183 cm with meduim built with 77 Kg weight. I have fats across my waist. Ineed to remove that and also reduce my Weight. I am pure Veggie, i dont even eat eggs. Can you please advise me. My routine is morning I wake up at 7 Am ,do pranayama for 15 min. Take breakfast at 9.30 Am, at 10.30 I have coffee once. Afternoon i take 5 chapattis, Veg curry, buttermilk. For every one hour I take a glassful of water. Evening i do exercises for 40 min, excluding a 20 min walk. night I take rice, dal ,curd, some fruits at 10 Pm.
