WEIGHT LOSS

dear my wife before three year she delivered a baby by operation after operation delivery his weight pedu(stomatch) is big size slowly now she look very bad how i have many treat ment but no result pls help me how i can weight loss mky wife

Sex : Male
Height : 5'11
Weight:98 Kg

Daily Routine:I am working in Night Shift.I get up at around 4pm and i leave to the office.After reaching there i will have a cup of tea.At 8.30 pm i will have my dinner which comprises 2 chappatis and rice.I reach my home at around 5:30 Am have my break fast and i will sleep.

My fitness goal: To get into the 80-82 kg weight range within the next three months.

My fitness goal: To be Fit until I am alive

Occupation: IT Administratior

Location: Dubai

Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

Daily routine: Wake up in Morning at 5.30, go 4 prayer,refresh, go to office have cup of Tea sometimes with couple of biscuits, have a cup of tea again 2-3 times, then my lunch at 2.00(Rice & Curry), have cup of tea between 3 - 4PM, leave the office at 5-5.30PM.
GO home wash my cloths, refresh, Iron my cloths. prepare food. I have my Dinner (Rice & Curry) between 9 & 9.30 PM, watch TV & go to bed at around 11.00PM

One year back my waist was 28 and now suddenly since last 3 month my waist has increase to 32. Please advise me how to reduce My waist to 29-30.

Working hours: 10 to 7

Daily routine wake up by 6.30 and walking 30 minutes casually or some time yoga for 20m . breakfast by 9.00a.m. 3 chappatis and side dish and a cup of tea. again tea by 11.30 a.m. in office . lunch by 2.00p.m. three chappatis and side dish , tea by 3.30 p.m. , dinner by 9.00p.m. -3-4 fulka and side dish some time rice dal and vegetables. by 10.30 p.m. a glass of milk . watching tv during dinner and after that also .

Hi, how to reduce 7 Kg weight in 2 months.

Hi , I am 183 cm with meduim built with 77 Kg weight.
I have fats across my waist. Ineed to remove that and also reduce my Weight. I am pure Veggie, i dont even eat eggs. Can you please advise me.
My routine is
morning I wake up at 7 Am ,do pranayama for 15 min.
Take breakfast at 9.30 Am, at 10.30 I have coffee once.
Afternoon i take 5 chapattis, Veg curry, buttermilk.
For every one hour I take a glassful of water.
Evening i do exercises for 40 min, excluding a 20 min walk.
night I take rice, dal ,curd, some fruits at 10 Pm.

Daily routine:wakeup in morning at 6.45, reading news paper with tea, doing 20 minutes exercise, taking bath, wet chana 30 - 50 pieces max.some day tea in officebefore lunch, 2cahapati, rice, dal & sabji with salad in lunch, tea in evening with namkeen or any snacks,2 chapati and sabji.

working hrs leave home at 9.30am return 7.30-9.00pm

daily routine try to walk for 1/2hr and stretch exercise 15mts 5 times a week 6.30am to 7.15am.this schdule gets dislocated when I travel(once a twice a month for 2-3days)and I take another 3-4 days to get back.try to walk at home for 15-20mts after dinner.

BFast8.30am:porriage/skimedmilk/orange,1/2apple/papaya. 11.30tea with milk. lunch:2phukas/veg/salad,dal
5.00pm buttermilk.dinnersame as lunchwith 1sweet.
but i cheat with snacks /sweets after office.
hypertension,cholestreolunder control with medication
