Daily routine wake up by 6.30 and walking 30 minutes casually or some time yoga for 20m . breakfast by 9.00a.m. 3 chappatis and side dish and a cup of tea. again tea by 11.30 a.m. in office . lunch by 2.00p.m. three chappatis and side dish , tea by 3.30 p.m. , dinner by 9.00p.m. -3-4 fulka and side dish some time rice dal and vegetables. by 10.30 p.m. a glass of milk . watching tv during dinner and after that also .
