Daily Routine:I am working in Night Shift.I get up at around 4pm and i leave to the office.After reaching there i will have a cup of tea.At 8.30 pm i will have my dinner which comprises 2 chappatis and rice.I reach my home at around 5:30 Am have my break fast and i will sleep.
My fitness goal: To get into the 80-82 kg weight range within the next three months.
