Daily routine: Wake up in Morning at 5.30, go 4 prayer,refresh, go to office have cup of Tea sometimes with couple of biscuits, have a cup of tea again 2-3 times, then my lunch at 2.00(Rice & Curry), have cup of tea between 3 - 4PM, leave the office at 5-5.30PM. GO home wash my cloths, refresh, Iron my cloths. prepare food. I have my Dinner (Rice & Curry) between 9 & 9.30 PM, watch TV & go to bed at around 11.00PM
One year back my waist was 28 and now suddenly since last 3 month my waist has increase to 32. Please advise me how to reduce My waist to 29-30.
