my fitness goal to loose 6-8 kgs in 3 months and achieve my ideal weight thereafter

working hrs leave home at 9.30am return 7.30-9.00pm
daily routine try to walk for 1/2hr and stretch exercise 15mts 5 times a week 6.30am to 7.15am.this schdule gets dislocated when I travel(once a twice a month for 2-3days)and I take another 3-4 days to get back.try to walk at home for 15-20mts after dinner.
BFast8.30am:porriage/skimedmilk/orange,1/2apple/papaya. 11.30tea with milk. lunch:2phukas/veg/salad,dal 5.00pm buttermilk.dinnersame as lunchwith 1sweet. but i cheat with snacks /sweets after office. hypertension,cholestreolunder control with medication
