how to weight lose ? diet plan ad fitness solution staying indoor

My fitness goal: 30 kgs in 5 months ..
Occupation:Student
Location:Hyderabad
Working hours:7 hours
Daily routine: I wake daily between 6 to 7 am and have breakfast very oftenly before leaving for college as I don't have time .. My classes get over at 1 pm and I have lunch at 3 pm .. 3.30 till 11 before I hangout with friends , dance an hour daily , study for 3 hours . In this duration, I end up
eating a lot from here and there. Dinner is at 10.30 pm and I sleep between 11 and 1am . I am non-vegetarian..
Case specifics: I'm a fit girl loves playing outdoor games very well , but when I climb stairs I get exhausted very easily . N in this modern time I want to look slim or atleast make my body shaped as other girls ..Please
help

Working hours: 7:30-2:00
Daily routine:I wake up at 7:00 and usually don’t have a breakfast get ready and leave for school. Usually don’t carry a lunch and come back at 2:00 . Then I take my lunch : A full plate Rice (2 times) , Sabji (whatever mom make)
Sleep from 3 to 6 pm then tuition classes . I come back at 8 :00 . Then I Surf on internet . 9:30 onwards watch tv or do homework . 11:00 take a bath . Have dinner as same as lunch and got sleep usually by 12:00

I know my condition is very bad. I have dance classes on Tuesday and Thursday in the evening from 5:30-6:00

Daily routine: I wake up around 5 in the morning (at home) have a cup of tea with 2 tpns of sugar. Around 8 I have breakfast which contains hyderabadi dishes. Later I indulge in watching t.v. in between I keep on snacking. Then around 2 pm I have my lunch which consist of rice and some gravies, around 5 pm I consume tea again with biscuits or bread. Around 9.30 I have my dinner. (At hostel) I wake up at 5am, the mess starts according to the scheduled time
7.30 am: breakfast- mon/chapathi & gravy, tue/ idli & coconut chutney/sambar/ginger chutney. Wed/ puri & aloo,tomato gravy. Thur/ uthappa & coconut chutney.
Fri/ mysoore bonda & chutney. Sat/ wada & sambar . sun/ dosa & coconut chutney/ aloo curry
12.30pm lunch- daily rice, sambar, green leafy veg dal, curd, everyday some special curry or fries along with papad & sun/ chicken curry
4.30pm snacks- daily tea. Mon/ mirchi baji. Tue/ veg puff. Wed/ any fruit. Thur/pakodas . fri/ pastry. Sat/ veg noodles. Sun/any fruit or any fries
7.30pm dinner- mon/ chapathi, bottle guard curry, dal, sambar, rice, curd and 1 boiled egg.
Tue/ rice, tomato& peas curry, dal, sambar, boiled egg, curd
Wed/ plan rice- fried rice, chicken curry,dal sambar,
