My fitness solution ?

Occupation: School student
Location: Delhi
Working hours: 7:30-2:00
Daily routine:I wake up at 7:00 and usually don’t have a breakfast get ready and leave for school. Usually don’t carry a lunch and come back at 2:00 . Then I take my lunch : A full plate Rice (2 times) , Sabji (whatever mom make)
Sleep from 3 to 6 pm then tuition classes . I come back at 8 :00 . Then I Surf on internet . 9:30 onwards watch tv or do homework . 11:00 take a bath . Have dinner as same as lunch and got sleep usually by 12:00

I know my condition is very bad. I have dance classes on Tuesday and Thursday in the evening from 5:30-6:00
