Loose 15 Kgs in 3 months

Weight: 78 Kgs
My fitness goal: To be at 60- 65 kgs
Occupation: BPO Manager
Location: Mumbai
Working hours: 1:30 pm to 10: 30 pm
Daily routine:
Schedule      Activities
11 am to 11:15 am      Wake up
11: 15 am to 12:00 noon      daily routine activities
12 noon      Lunch
12:40 PM      Leave for work
Any time from 4:00:00 PM to 5 pm      Tea and Snacks
9:00 PM      Dinner
12:00 AM      Return Home
12: 30 am to 2 am      Surf Internet
2:00:00 AM - 2: 30 am      Sleep

Eating habbits:

Lunch      3 Roties, Dal, Vegetables, Rice, Salad, Papad and Buttermilk. (Gujarati Lunch)      Home
Snacks      Normally I have any 2 plates from Dosa counter, Sandwich Counter, Chat counter, Egg counter, Maggie, etc.      Office Canteen/ Street Side stalls

Other important Information:
•      I am a smoker. I smoke appox. 10 Cigarettes a day.
•      I am a pure vegetarian on Mondays and Tuesdays.
•      I do not mind eating non-veg from Wednesday to Sunday.
•      Over weekends I do consume alcohol (appox. 3 pegs of Vodka and 1 beer).
•      Over weekend my dinner includes Kababs, Sizlers and Chinese food.
•      Lunch is at home all 7 days a week.
•      My daily water intake is appox 7 to 8 liters.
I have provided all possible information regarding my life style above. Please suggest me a suitable weight loss plan (work out and diet plan)
