how to weight lose ? diet plan ad fitness solution staying indoor

My fitness goal: 30 kgs in 5 months ..
Occupation:Student
Location:Hyderabad
Working hours:7 hours
Daily routine: I wake daily between 6 to 7 am and have breakfast very oftenly before leaving for college as I don't have time .. My classes get over at 1 pm and I have lunch at 3 pm .. 3.30 till 11 before I hangout with friends , dance an hour daily , study for 3 hours . In this duration, I end up
eating a lot from here and there. Dinner is at 10.30 pm and I sleep between 11 and 1am . I am non-vegetarian..
Case specifics: I'm a fit girl loves playing outdoor games very well , but when I climb stairs I get exhausted very easily . N in this modern time I want to look slim or atleast make my body shaped as other girls ..Please
help
