i am 30 yrs old unmarried female..i had gallbladder removal in 2009 and after that i gained weight now it is 63.75 kg..before surgery it was 50 kg..and my height is 5'2"..so i joined yoga to reduce my tummy, inner thighs, waist, but now i am planning to combine it with cardio exercises..but i am confuse how to do it..shall i do yoga first and then after 30 min gym..as per my job i can't take time out any other time..and after yoga shd i eat some thing to start with cardio exercise..
Hi Brinda, I'm 31 yrs old, 5'4 and weight 130lbs. I've been working out 5 to 6 days a week. I walk on the treadmill at 3.6 with a 10% incline 30 to 45 minutes a day and strengh train 20 minutes each day. Its been 2 months and i have not lost and weight or inches. Am i doing something wrong?

no your not theres alot of people like that like me im little but can NOT gain weight nomatter what i do
hi Brinda, I am 30 yrs old, 5'2" and weight around 57kgs. i have put on lots of weight during my pregnancy. i am on diet and do some bending exercise and do static cycling 5kms a day, but not able to reduce fat around my tummy and upper back. please advise me.

hi my name is holly and i am 12 yrs. old, i am 5ft 1 1/2 in height and i weigh 114lbs. a couple months ago i used to weigh 120lbs and lost 6 lbs by eating less calories and working out for an hour or so everyday, but i measured my waist and i am 31in around. how do i lose that weigh around my waist? o ya and i also try to do about 100 cruntches before i o to sleep at night is there anything else i can can do?
