hi my name is holly and i am 12 yrs. old, i am 5ft 1 1/2 in height and i weigh 114lbs. a couple months ago i used to weigh 120lbs and lost 6 lbs by eating less calories and working out for an hour or so everyday, but i measured my waist and i am 31in around. how do i lose that weigh around my waist? o ya and i also try to do about 100 cruntches before i o to sleep at night is there anything else i can can do?
