Hi Brinda, I'm 31 yrs old, 5'4 and weight 130lbs. I've been working out 5 to 6 days a week. I walk on the treadmill at 3.6 with a 10% incline 30 to 45 minutes a day and strengh train 20 minutes each day. Its been 2 months and i have not lost and weight or inches. Am i doing something wrong?
