i am 30 yrs old unmarried female..i had gallbladder removal in 2009 and after that i gained weight now it is 63.75 kg..before surgery it was 50 kg..and my height is 5'2"..so i joined yoga to reduce my tummy, inner thighs, waist, but now i am planning to combine it with cardio exercises..but i am confuse how to do it..shall i do yoga first and then after 30 min gym..as per my job i can't take time out any other time..and after yoga shd i eat some thing to start with cardio exercise..
