well iam 26 yrs , previously i used to go Gym arround 3 years back. but now ,well being in business i couldn't go to gym and even i couldn't get up in the morning.i want to pick up my body, well my waist is 28, height is 5'5, weight is 54 kgs. well i want to increase even my stamina. so plz kindly give me tips to gain more weight and to pick up my body
I am sure we have so many 10000's of BPO guys out there, whose routines are Night life, starts at 5:30 pm IST and ends 3:00 AM IST. Back to sleep at around 5:00 AM IST and then awake at 3:00 PM IST, such an creative routine, no one gets time to stretch their muscle. Any suggestions wht gymming would suit such a life where routine is out of normal ?????????
The article was wonderful, giving all the details about the excercise and how to get back to excercising, keeping in good shape etc. I am 30,5.5" male, a Cyber center owner.Earlier I was very lean and in good shape. After my graduation I joined as a Branch Manager in a Finance company and then I started my own Cyber center I have to sit before the computer for long hours while taking Classes, Project works, maintainance etc.Now I have become fat and want to excercise and keep fit. I read this article and got interested in excercising again without fail routinely. hi, i am 29yrs old and have a double chin and lot ofat deposits arnd my belly. my height is 5ft 6inch and weight is 71kg. I also have high blood pressure problem. I have a tendency to put on weight arnd these two places. I do smoke also.
My choloestrol was high but now i have reduced it by taking less oily food.I take walks and have strtd playing badminton to help me stay fit.
Could u advice on how to get rid of blood pressure and excess weight.

Well depends on if u really want to. That would answer it all!! If so read forward. Do not take less oily food. Infact make a complete stop on fried food or any oily curry too...paneer etc. No butter, substitute jam. No egg yolk. take the white instead. OR Another alternative if u cant do the above is, eating all what u like, but stopping when u r 70-75% full. And eating at a rate of smaller mouthfulls and completing ur meal in double the time (means no hogging). you are sure to reduce, I bet.
And you can do minimal exercise for 20mins for day.
