Well depends on if u really want to. That would answer it all!! If so read forward. Do not take less oily food. Infact make a complete stop on fried food or any oily curry too...paneer etc. No butter, substitute jam. No egg yolk. take the white instead. OR Another alternative if u cant do the above is, eating all what u like, but stopping when u r 70-75% full. And eating at a rate of smaller mouthfulls and completing ur meal in double the time (means no hogging). you are sure to reduce, I bet.
And you can do minimal exercise for 20mins for day.
