I am sure we have so many 10000's of BPO guys out there, whose routines are Night life, starts at 5:30 pm IST and ends 3:00 AM IST. Back to sleep at around 5:00 AM IST and then awake at 3:00 PM IST, such an creative routine, no one gets time to stretch their muscle. Any suggestions wht gymming would suit such a life where routine is out of normal ?????????
