The 19-year-old Oxford undergraduate became Britain's most high-profile terrorist target, since author "Salman Rushdie", after being named co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party following his mother's assassination in December 2007. It is not Salam Rushdie who became the chairman, it is Bilawal.

History is already shaped, live in the present. you're talking of BC and ago. May I remind you that the current mentality is shared in our very own Gujarat in a day when democracy, human rights, education and law & order exist. So before you try to comment on your neighbours window stains, try peeping into your own surroundings.
It is they who supported paki jihad for decades, thereby legitimising terrorism, allowed pakis to produce nuclear weapons and proliferate them. Now they will have to tolerate anything from pakis.

We do not need a muslim majority in India. Today, the subcontinent has over 40 crore muslims, so partition was all right, but it should have been a complete one - all Hindus in Hindustan, all muslims in Pakistan.
Now we can wish the pakis a lot of Islam and all that comes with it. The westerners always liked Islam more than Hinduism, and that is valid even today to a good extent. They deserve each other.
Pakistani ke upar britain vale kharch kar rahe hain... Mere thenge se.. muje ya India ko kya farak padta hai.. Ye rediff vale kuch jyada hi Pakistani news chapne lage hain

yes rediff deliberately shows such news to increase their advertising business. rediff is owned by rediffusion an ad agency. they do not know the importance of true journalism.
It is wastage of tax payers money to provide Zardari with protection. He has been named co-chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party for carrying on a defunct legacy and to help PPP do more corruption and export Pakistan's money to UK. Assasination is a price to be paid for such wealth and power. Zardari is responsible for his security too. Why waste 1 million pounds when one careless decision from Zardari is enough to get him killed (for instance cheering out of a sun-roof). Maybe one security guard and intelligence reports and limited surveillance is what is required and Pakistan can well afford to fund it.

Good line of thought. Also: Britain, I am sure, has a net gain in having Bilawal in its soil. Else they'll deport him. These western powers aren't stupid. Freedom of speech and action are just outside reasons to harbor people like Salman Rushdie. Why will some country take unwanted trouble with terrorists. Remember in every VISA application there are substantial number of questions asked about previous arrests etc..
These people pay a lot of money to Home Office in UK and INS in US to become citizens.. I think Bhuttos might have citizenship in UK and not in some visitor or worker VISA. A citizenship that was bought with money gathered while ruling in Pakistan.
So Britain has all monetary reasons to have Bhuttos and Rushdies remain in its soil.
