Good line of thought.
Also: Britain, I am sure, has a net gain in having Bilawal in its soil. Else they'll deport him. These western powers aren't stupid. Freedom of speech and action are just outside reasons to harbor people like Salman Rushdie. Why will some country take unwanted trouble with terrorists. Remember in every VISA application there are substantial number of questions asked about previous arrests etc..

These people pay a lot of money to Home Office in UK and INS in US to become citizens.. I think Bhuttos might have citizenship in UK and not in some visitor or worker VISA. A citizenship that was bought with money gathered while ruling in Pakistan.

So Britain has all monetary reasons to have Bhuttos and Rushdies remain in its soil.
