If Punjab is the richest state it doesn't mean that the people of other states are useless does it? similarly if Bihar is the poorest state it doesn't mean the people are bad...its just that there has been a failure of governance. I personally have studied and worked with people of all states and have found Biharis to be equal to all others. (To clarify: I'm not from Bihar, have never even been there)
In an increasing diverse India , it is vital that Biharis strengthen sense of community belonging. Biharis are under fierce attack from the other states people, claiming moral, economic and political superiority. Bihar being rich in mineral and certain other natural resources,ironically one ofthe most poor state now, wealth generated from these resources had been siphoned out of the Bihar. Responsible Biharis must rethink about creating a new Bihar ??

What do u mean????Actually the reason behind Raj Thackeray want Biharis Out of Mumbai is that marathis don't get opportunities of job as they know to speak higher rather than working hard.On the other hand people from Bihar and UP work hard and they believe in doings rather than sayings......

Majority of youth in UP and Bihar move to bigger cities for employment, and later for easy money to afford city lifestyles, turn to crime. Why all Kidnappings, murders etc are traced to Gangs in UP and Bihar? Raj Thackeray is right to an extent when he says that natives should have first right to live in home town, rather than floating population. To speak of educated youth, u can read news above. Thousands ahve passed by unfair means, and get qualified to sit on high posts with nil aptitude, thus creating complete mayhem, corruption which is not taking country, any forward. These hooligans above should be given strictest of punishment, so that at least they think, that Law is also there, in this country.
Malitary should be deployed to control such disgusting, sick minded students. How shameless they can get. pahele to choori, phir sina jori. Waah beta, waaah. Bihar ka shaan hai tum log. No wonder, when other state are atracting so many pvt company, jobs are being created. Not a single company want to go to bihar. I guess, Lallo has messed up bihar in last 15 years so much. Now Nitish kumar has to do some very hard work to clean up the dirt. Bihar govt should teach discipline & Ethics and descent public behaviour' as only 2 subject in bihar for next 10 years. then only bihar can change othewise it will continue to be india's headache no. 1.

It is not that Biharis are intelligent than the rest of country. It is that they dont see any other vocation than the IAS etc. How many of them are in business and corporate sector ? Is it that the intelligent go to IAS and dumbos to the Corporate sector? Lets all candidly accept that rule of Law is the last thing resident in the minds of MOST Biharis and many of them try to bypass the law, be it jumping the que in the railway stations, or look for / entertain 'sifarish'. They have built their own social system with 'Rangdari', low levels of compliance of law etc and are the worst sufferers themselves ! It will be better the point is taken in the right earnest than throwing wild arguments.

please check ur stats before saying that corporate sector doesnt have biharis....just because u dont know many doesnt mean its valid...why u dont recognise them is because ur impression of a 'bihari' is that rickshaw puller or the mason or dhobi, and well educated and established biharis do not look like that image...i m sure if bihar needs one thing, it is to market themselves better...but usually its the last thing on a sane bihari's mind as he is involved in better things to do than to bother about inane things...

Some minsiters even reach cabinet, even after all types of scams possible. They feel pride when people laugh on them, deleiberately create buffonery to attract people, and even hope to become PM one day. God too will find difficult to save this country
who is responsible ? Laloo, Mulayam & mayavati Inactive social thinkers and educated class ? Not allowed to cheat in exams, students go on rampage. tell me who is to blame here: 1. Central Government: Did central gov said u to cheat. if yes then r u moron tht u dont have brains tht it wont lead u any where. You're right ! We can't wait for Central government help & guidance, what we do ? They are too woried about sending man on the moon !! Our country is out of balance , the type of democracy we have can't withstand country's disintegration ? Now it's upto Biharis to demand change of ourselves!!!
I do believe that there is a paramount role for the Central government to play here, and that the government act to correct wrongdoing existing . Since independence, Bihar have been left almost unguarded. Sometimes, we Biharis have strong desire to believe , %u2018 it is a planned conspiracy to keep Bihar a backward state%u2019 ? And I do believe that the financial,technical support & guidance by the Central govt. was never enough, while making billions in profits by exploiting natural resources & its people, almost nothing in return was given to Bihar. The same happened in education and technical education , and this keep on coming back and haunt us. The Central government has an obligation to put on Bihar on the priority, otherwise, there%u2019s going to be a very bad ending.
