In an increasing diverse India , it is vital that Biharis strengthen sense of community belonging. Biharis are under fierce attack from the other states people, claiming moral, economic and political superiority. Bihar being rich in mineral and certain other natural resources,ironically one ofthe most poor state now, wealth generated from these resources had been siphoned out of the Bihar. Responsible Biharis must rethink about creating a new Bihar ??
