Not allowed to cheat in exams, students go on rampage. tell me who is to blame here: 1. Central Government: Did central gov said u to cheat. if yes then r u moron tht u dont have brains tht it wont lead u any where. Y nt central govnmnt ask othr state studnt cheat nd if thy ask, thn tht means thy have brain nd thy use it nd dont demand sch thngs. 2. You have culture values nd mumbai, delhi doesnt(i read one of the post frm some bihari). The fact is is u dont have ny values. neithr cultural nor ethical. Ethical values r the base root of all values . u lack in that area how cn u say about cultral value. nd do remebr india as whole has nt become westrn, it only some fools vch boast thmselves as westernised. So rest of the india dont demand sch facity of cheting by violence. I being a punjabi has sch a rich culture but we people dont do such thngs in our stat thn y bihar.
