We need a stronger system to take decision. A seperate crime cell for investigation like CBI and a special court. Both should be given a time frame for the final judgement. We all should obey the decision given by the court being the citizen of India.
No doubt the culprits indulged in terrorism should be punished out of the way not by the normal hanging or life time imprisonment.

Mr. Akram, riots happen spontaneously, without any thinking or planning. Terrorism is a well thought out planned attack on the nation. So don't both of them under the same scanner. Also, riots people from all communities get killed, not in terrorsim where only ethnic cleansing is targeted. And most of the places where riots happened, we all know which community initiated the riots and which community retaliated. I have seen my own Muslim co workers, friends, acquaintances....almost all of them hardcore driven by religious frenzy. As a matter of fact being a software engineer, I too opted not to work for US, even at the cost of becoming a outcast within my own family.
