We need a stronger system to take decision. A seperate crime cell for investigation like CBI and a special court. Both should be given a time frame for the final judgement. We all should obey the decision given by the court being the citizen of India.
No doubt the culprits indulged in terrorism should be punished out of the way not by the normal hanging or life time imprisonment.
