Yes people who are responsible for creating roit in Agra recently must be punished speedily along with Gujjars who did few months back in Rajsthan!Also people invloved in Blasts should be hanged to death(no other punishment and very speedy trial).Person who ploted attack on parliament should be hanged as well immediately.
