Name:Aasif Age: 22 Vital statistics: I have a huge stature,and I am of the nature of getting fat very fast and losing very slow.Since I have been with a software job exercises have gone down and I have propped up my weight Weight: 90KGS My fitness goal: atleast be 78Kgs(lose 12kgs) Occupation: Software Engineer Location: Trivandrum Working hours: 8.30 to 6 Daily routine:Early morning studies, then office and back to home after work and watch tv and go to bed after dinner.Morning breakfast a little bit say south Indian foods like dosas(3) or any rottti or chapathi maximum 3 and some curry.Tea and occasionally fried snacks 11 at office.Lunch at office by 1p.m..meals or chapathi with dal.4 I have tea occasionally with snacks,and then again a not a very heavy dinner(say 3 to 4 chapathi and veg or non veg curry)

name- renu agarwal age-30yrs weight-70kg height-5' my fitness goal-to get the slim shape as i have got a pear shape body lower portion is heavy as well as thighs are very heavy occupation-software professional location-lucknow working hours-9hrs job daily routine-i woke up early in the morning at 5:00am,go for a walk at least 3kms since last six months.my breakfast is 1 glass of bournvita milk without sugar.during the lunch time at 2:00pm i take 1 fruit say seasonal.in the evening when i returned back home at 6:00pm i eat food consists of protiens.i skip the dinner.this diet i am following since last 3 yrs.in the begining it gave results as my lower portion was about fortyeight inches which has reduced to 42".but now it has become constant though i am going for walk.for this reason i m not getting married.madam please help me.
There is no need to eat artifical stuuff like cornflakes and skimmed milk to lose weight. Eat what is normal for you and lose weight. check out www.foodyoga.org

HELLO SHRUTI THIS IS PUNEET I AM SUGGEST U ONE EXERCISE WHICH CAN GIVE U BENEFIT IN HIPS PROBLEM U JUST GO FOR THE ROP JUMPING(RASSI KUDNA) AT LEAST 40 JUMP IN A SET AND TRY TWO SET A DAY JUST FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN 15 TEEN DAYS
I had Polycystic ovaries and recently it's been cured and due to this i have developed obesity. I'm 85kgs now i normally skip breakfast pl.s suggest me.

My Fitness Goal: To earn 5Kgs to 6Kgs as early as possible
Occupation: I am working as HR Executive
Working hours: 9.30am to 6pm
Daily Routine: I get up by 7.45am to 8am, have a glass of milk, sometimes not daily. After that I leave for office around 8.35am. Around 10 O'clock I have tea & biscuits or toast as breakfast not daily. My lunch includes 3 rotis, 2-3 vegetables, sometimes rice, pickle. I have tea at 4pm. I have dinner around 9pm -9.30pm sometimes because of Fasting early at 7.30pm - 8pm. It consists of some rice 3-4 rotis, 1-2 vegetables sometimes pickle, papad is also there. I go to office by bus which takes half an hour. At office the whole day I'm sitting on chair in front of the computer. After lunch I takes 2 minutes walk daily. After office I go to library twice a week 15 minutes by walk. Because of lack of breakfast sometimes I feel so hungry & I started having both stomachache & headache. At home, I don't do any work (physical activity). My sleeping time is also not proper ;sometimes I get asleep early & sometimes I can't sleep for hours. On holidays, if I sleep in the afternoon, I don't get sleep in the night for hours.
From last 8-9 months I have my periods only for 1 or 2 days for which I consulted a gynaec & I'm taking some medicines for that also.
Please suggest me a proper diet regime to follow achieve my goal.
i am 42 yrs from Chennai. As a daily routine, i am going to gym and also doing aerobics for 40 mins. This activity just a month back i started. I am 68 kgs at present and wish to loose weight by 10 kgs before Feb'07.
I am 30 year old, married woman, I am working woemen, my weight is 75 Kgs. I wanted to reduce my weight from 8 to 10 kgs. I take only light foods. I do not eat more spicy or fat content food. Still I am not able to reduce my weight.
