Age: 23 years
Vital Stats: 30-26-34
Weight: Around 45Kgs - 46kgs
My Fitness Goal: To earn 5Kgs to 6Kgs as early as possible
Occupation: I am working as HR Executive
Working hours: 9.30am to 6pm
Daily Routine: I get up by 7.45am to 8am, have a glass of milk, sometimes not daily. After that I leave for office around 8.35am. Around 10 O'clock I have tea & biscuits or toast as breakfast not daily. My lunch includes 3 rotis, 2-3 vegetables, sometimes rice, pickle. I have tea at 4pm. I have dinner around 9pm -9.30pm sometimes because of Fasting early at 7.30pm - 8pm. It consists of some rice 3-4 rotis, 1-2 vegetables sometimes pickle, papad is also there. I go to office by bus which takes half an hour. At office the whole day I'm sitting on chair in front of the computer. After lunch I takes 2 minutes walk daily. After office I go to library twice a week 15 minutes by walk. Because of lack of breakfast sometimes I feel so hungry & I started having both stomachache & headache. At home, I don't do any work (physical activity). My sleeping time is also not proper ;sometimes I get asleep early & sometimes I can't sleep for hours. On holidays, if I sleep in the afternoon, I don't get sleep in the night for hours.
From last 8-9 months I have my periods only for 1 or 2 days for which I consulted a gynaec & I'm taking some medicines for that also.
Please suggest me a proper diet regime to follow achieve my goal.
