name- renu agarwal age-30yrs weight-70kg height-5' my fitness goal-to get the slim shape as i have got a pear shape body lower portion is heavy as well as thighs are very heavy occupation-software professional location-lucknow working hours-9hrs job daily routine-i woke up early in the morning at 5:00am,go for a walk at least 3kms since last six months.my breakfast is 1 glass of bournvita milk without sugar.during the lunch time at 2:00pm i take 1 fruit say seasonal.in the evening when i returned back home at 6:00pm i eat food consists of protiens.i skip the dinner.this diet i am following since last 3 yrs.in the begining it gave results as my lower portion was about fortyeight inches which has reduced to 42".but now it has become constant though i am going for walk.for this reason i m not getting married.madam please help me.
