weight problem

Vital statistics: I have a huge stature,and I am of the nature of getting fat very fast and losing very slow.Since I have been with a software job exercises have gone down and I have propped up my weight
Weight: 90KGS
My fitness goal: atleast be 78Kgs(lose 12kgs)
Occupation: Software Engineer
Location: Trivandrum
Working hours: 8.30 to 6
Daily routine:Early morning studies, then office and back to home after work and watch tv and go to bed after dinner.Morning breakfast a little bit say south Indian foods like dosas(3) or any rottti or chapathi maximum 3 and some curry.Tea and occasionally fried snacks 11 at office.Lunch at office by 1p.m..meals or chapathi with dal.4 I have tea occasionally with snacks,and then again a not a very heavy dinner(say 3 to 4 chapathi and veg or non veg curry)

i am putting up weight at a rapid pace now.and feeling very hard to reduce my size too.having fat in my abdomen too..
