Iam Sanjana,26yrs old and 5.3inches in height.Iam 61kgs and am a hypothyroid on medication-thyronorm 25mcg.I work for 8hrs a day.My daily diet includes-a cup of coffee in the morning and wheat bread/bun for breakfast with a glass of juice(@9am).Lunch is @ 2.30am-i have rice-a bowl with vegetables.Biscuits and coffee/milo in the evening at 6.30pm followed by dinner at 9pm-2 chapathis with dal/veggies.I sometimes have skimmed yoghurt for lunch also.I dont find time to exercise everyday,but i do a lot of walking and exercise in the gym for atleast 3 days a week.I want to reduce my weight by 5kgs.I sometimes end up eating chocolates due to time constraint but am giving up the habit.

Daily routine: get up in the morning @ 6.00am and go for a walk. later exercise till 7.30am. then have a glass of juice. have breakfast around 8.30 am.take bath and leave for office. normally have lunch around 12.30 /1.00 pm. also during the day have twice half cup of tea. Generally have some snacks in the evening around 5.00 pm. come back home around 6.30pm,feel very hungry and have dinner by 7.00 /7.30pm. go for a walk and watch TV before going to bed in b/w 10 -11pm.
hi iam chandu (26yrs of age)presently working as a research associate in a reputed research organisation ltd,hyderabad,india. iam 5'10" of hight and now iam 74kg of weight and i want to reduce it to 55-60kg in 4-6weeks. i was 68kg in the last month. i dont know how my weight was increased by 6kg in one month. i use to work 9-10hrs a day. i use to wakeup daily by 7am and so i dont have enough time to do exercise. so could u please suggest the correct way to control my weight. i use to take single puri,one dosa as breakfast and 2chapatti,one cup of rice with 1-2veg curries along with curd and chutny as lunch and light food containing two cups rice,sambar,curd and 1-2veg curries as dinner daily. iam a nonvegitarian. i use to take nonveg weekly once mostly chicken. when i am in the office i use to take one cup of horlicks in the morning and in the evening time. i think slowly my belly is increasing. so could u please suggest the correct exercises to reduce the extra weight and correct food which i have to take daily.
i am diabetic oninsulin.am in sales.having irregular eating habits. am stressed.go for short walks .3 times a week, have blood pressure. am off fatty food since 1 month.not much off weight loss.l

Sir, I am 26 years old, working almost 10 hours a day in a Bank. I am 164 cms. in height and weigh 70 kgs. Accumulated lot of fat on the waist. I would like to reduce weight by atleast 10 kgs. and trim my waist. Can U suggest any method - it could be simple method because the time at my disposal after work and sleep is very little.
