Iam Sanjana,26yrs old and 5.3inches in height.Iam 61kgs and am a hypothyroid on medication-thyronorm 25mcg.I work for 8hrs a day.My daily diet includes-a cup of coffee in the morning and wheat bread/bun for breakfast with a glass of juice(@9am).Lunch is @ 2.30am-i have rice-a bowl with vegetables.Biscuits and coffee/milo in the evening at 6.30pm followed by dinner at 9pm-2 chapathis with dal/veggies.I sometimes have skimmed yoghurt for lunch also.I dont find time to exercise everyday,but i do a lot of walking and exercise in the gym for atleast 3 days a week.I want to reduce my weight by 5kgs.I sometimes end up eating chocolates due to time constraint but am giving up the habit.
