hi iam chandu (26yrs of age)presently working as a research associate in a reputed research organisation ltd,hyderabad,india. iam 5'10" of hight and now iam 74kg of weight and i want to reduce it to 55-60kg in 4-6weeks. i was 68kg in the last month. i dont know how my weight was increased by 6kg in one month. i use to work 9-10hrs a day. i use to wakeup daily by 7am and so i dont have enough time to do exercise. so could u please suggest the correct way to control my weight. i use to take single puri,one dosa as breakfast and 2chapatti,one cup of rice with 1-2veg curries along with curd and chutny as lunch and light food containing two cups rice,sambar,curd and 1-2veg curries as dinner daily. iam a nonvegitarian. i use to take nonveg weekly once mostly chicken. when i am in the office i use to take one cup of horlicks in the morning and in the evening time. i think slowly my belly is increasing. so could u please suggest the correct exercises to reduce the extra weight and correct food which i have to take daily.
