My height is 5"1 and weight is 58 KG. I have heavy stomach and my lower body is heavy as compare to my upper body.Thighs and bumps are heavy. Please suggest some exercise to me
Hi, I am almost 27yrs old, 6ft height and 103 kilos. I used to be bit plummy from my childhood but also a very good sportsmen. I was a professional badminton player for almost 6 years until I stopped playing after i got job. I am aware that i am overweight by a huge amount and I am working on it.
Due to this weight, I get ankle and knee pains and so am not able to work out to my potential. I have tried changing the shoe, and following proper diet but still i face it.
Can you suggest me where I could overcome this and again get back to badminton.

I stretch every day and try to do cardio 45 minutes every day (I alternate between jogging and biking). I use weights for my arms. I eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, grape tomatoes&edamame&carrots for lunch, I eat garbanzo beans as a snack, and I eat a salad for dinner (before 6). How can I reach my goal weight of 118 (losing 10 additional pounds) by the end of january?

hello smitha,,,,,,start a diet plan of 6 meals,,,eat more egg whites,fruit such as apple,anar,,,ignore banana,,,,drink skim milk,,,and do some jogging ,,,and situps and yoga ,it will definitely work

you should start consuming 6 small meal in ur diet which includes porrridge(daliya) or oats,apple,egg whites,,,,green vegetables,,,,,u sould consume atleast 6 egg whites a day,,,,,, and for exercise first do jogging for 5 to 10 min,,,then do interval running or sprint of 100 m ,,3-4 sets,,,belive me it will definitely work
