you should start consuming 6 small meal in ur diet which includes porrridge(daliya) or oats,apple,egg whites,,,,green vegetables,,,,,u sould consume atleast 6 egg whites a day,,,,,, and for exercise first do jogging for 5 to 10 min,,,then do interval running or sprint of 100 m ,,3-4 sets,,,belive me it will definitely work
