Hi, I am almost 27yrs old, 6ft height and 103 kilos. I used to be bit plummy from my childhood but also a very good sportsmen. I was a professional badminton player for almost 6 years until I stopped playing after i got job. I am aware that i am overweight by a huge amount and I am working on it.
Due to this weight, I get ankle and knee pains and so am not able to work out to my potential. I have tried changing the shoe, and following proper diet but still i face it.
Can you suggest me where I could overcome this and again get back to badminton.
