Hi, I'm 20 years old and I am currently at 128 pounds. I have toned legs but a huge stomach! I want to be lean and a flat stomach. I stretch every day and try to do cardio 45 minutes every day (I alternate between jogging and biking). I use weights for my arms. I eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast, grape tomatoes&edamame&carrots for lunch, I eat garbanzo beans as a snack, and I eat a salad for dinner (before 6). How can I reach my goal weight of 118 (losing 10 additional pounds) by the end of january?
