Hi,

I am 34. I started going to gym one and a half months back, four days a week. First three weeks went rather well. Of cource little body pain was there, but there was nothing alarming about it. But around fourth week, I started developing uncomforable signs. Like, I started getting exahusted during the day without apperant reason, feelig dull and energyless all the time. I had some stomach (gas/acidity) problem too during that time period. Maybe both of these problems are inter-connected. I don't know. As a result I have stopped going to gym since 2 weeks. (My stomach is still upset.) Should I get myself examined by a doctor before resuming to gym? Advice anybody?

Exercise
by priyanka on Oct 01, 2004 07:54 PM  Permalink

Hi,
I am 24 years old.5'3''.My exercise routine includes about 45 minutes of walking and jogging, and 45 minutes of exercise like jumping, stretching. But what i think is inspite of so much of workout,if i eat fatty foods, sweets etc,i tend to gain weight. So much of exercise which i do is not taken up by my body that means. So is it like i should exercise also and eat just plain food always, and restrict myself from sweets and all which i normally do.Or is it like i need not work out, just restrict myself from eating fatty stuffs. But otherwise i eat healthy food and drink about 4 litres of water everyday.
Please guide.
