I am 34. I started going to gym one and a half months back, four days a week. First three weeks went rather well. Of cource little body pain was there, but there was nothing alarming about it. But around fourth week, I started developing uncomforable signs. Like, I started getting exahusted during the day without apperant reason, feelig dull and energyless all the time. I had some stomach (gas/acidity) problem too during that time period. Maybe both of these problems are inter-connected. I don't know. As a result I have stopped going to gym since 2 weeks. (My stomach is still upset.) Should I get myself examined by a doctor before resuming to gym? Advice anybody? Shishir
