Hi, I am 24 years old.5'3''.My exercise routine includes about 45 minutes of walking and jogging,and 45 minutes of exercise like jumping,stretching.But what i think is inspite of so much of workout,if i eat fatty foods,sweets etc,i tend to gain weight.So much of exercise which i do is not taken up by my body that means.So is it like i should exercise also and eat just plain food always,and restrict myself from sweets and all which i normally do.Or is it like i need not work out,just restrict myself from eating fatty stuffs.But otherwise i eat healthy food and drink about 4 litres of water everyday. Please guide.
