Hits on the nail. Maharashtrians are very friendly accomodative people. The only solution is each state should be developed. Otherwise this problem will take more serious dimensions.

I went to Satara railway station. Person sitting on the counter is Bihari does not know Marathi. He is asking people to Speak in Hindi. Poor Villagers were trying to buy the ticket with sign language. Pathetic. Why the Railway Minister is Always from Bihar? Why the special Bogies are attached to Maharashtra and Karnataka on the Railway exam day? Why not to Tamilnadu?
Alteast Class 3 and class 4 jobs needs to go the local people.

The solution to this is the seperation of Maharashtra from Bihar/UP. The objectives of the North Indians are very similar to that of the Han Chinese on the Tibetans. To subjugate the local population by mass migration. Instead of lying prostate like the Tibetans, the maharashtrians must retailiate. Here is what I propose. 1. All service jobs within the state of Maharashtra must require licensure and one aspect of that would be to speak, read and write marathi. 2. Kick the CISF from the airports in Maharashtra if they cannot speak marathi. Ensure that the deployed forces do have local hiring. 3. Kick out the railway employees if they cannot speak, read and write marathi. 4. All officers, beauracrats etc in the state of maharashtra must be able to read, write and speak marathi. 5. All state MLA's and MP's must also comply with the language laws. 6. All rick-shaw drivers and other transport service personnel should comply with this order. 7. Disrupt the strangehold of the central government on the media, by establish local marathi channels in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri. 8. Protect the konkan zone by disallowing foreigners and people who do not speak marathi to purchase property. 9. Start dis-similar combat tactics training for all marathi speaking folks from 16 - 45 10. Start monitoring the Indian armed forces and intelligence forces for mischief. 11. Start monitoring english media for RAW & IB agents.

You should better give concepts to your innovative ideas in Arabian sea. Maharashtra is an Indian territory and the property of the Government of India. If you have to live in India better live like an Indian citizen.

Maharashtra will remain a part of India so long as only the Marathi manoos wants it to be.You are nobody to challenge that.If you just look at how the will of the people is being suppressed in TIbet and the public reaction to it.The time will come when the liguitic states ranging from Assam to Maharashtra to Tamilnadu will demand a separate homeland.India is not a master as you want us to believe.You have to respect the wishes of the local populace,if you want the linguistic states with their own separate culture and language to remain a part of your India.

Enough. You had enough. If you think you can continue having it at the cost of rest of Indians, you can't have it. If you think preserving your local culture means forcing it on migrants, then sorry you can't have it. If you want others to respect your culture, you will have to respect their culture as well. It's not one way.

If the Norties are gone, Maharashtra will decend into a caste war. People need some excuse to fight, if it's not language, it's caste. You should thank the nothies for giving you a language identity and dissolving your caste identity. But I am sure an irrational person like you would have no clue regarding what I am talking about. Thank Jyotiba Phule, Vinoba Bhave, Sahuji Maharaj and Ambedkar for what Maharastra is today otherwise if Tilak would have successeded Maharashtra would have been same as Bihar, zero difference. People need to carry the message of Jyotiba Phule, Vinoba Bhave, Sahuji Maharaj and Ambedkar to all states of India. It's a duty of the awakened ones to awake the others.

Run your Railway with in Maha. Marathi should be with in Maha. Remove Governor and President and through him Maha. Don't ask money from Center for Mumbai Infrastrucure. Remove all central institution from Maha.

Nobody stops you to attend the exam and serve to railway. You should speaks National laguage at least. Railway a central organisation and check the revenue contributed by UP & Bihar, Must be 10 fold than Maha. Mumbai extablished by English Man not by Marathies.
