Maharashtra will remain a part of India so long as only the Marathi manoos wants it to be.You are nobody to challenge that.If you just look at how the will of the people is being suppressed in TIbet and the public reaction to it.The time will come when the liguitic states ranging from Assam to Maharashtra to Tamilnadu will demand a separate homeland.India is not a master as you want us to believe.You have to respect the wishes of the local populace,if you want the linguistic states with their own separate culture and language to remain a part of your India.
