The solution to this is the seperation of Maharashtra from Bihar/UP. The objectives of the North Indians are very similar to that of the Han Chinese on the Tibetans. All state MLA's and MP's must also comply with the language laws. 6. All rick-shaw drivers and other transport service personnel should comply with this order. 7. Disrupt the strangehold of the central government on the media, by establish local marathi channels in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri. 8. Protect the konkan zone by disallowing foreigners and people who do not speak marathi to purchase property. 9. Start dis-similar combat tactics training for all marathi speaking folks from 16 - 45 10. Start monitoring the Indian armed forces and intelligence forces for mischief. 11.
