It is easy to blame state or central govt, police or intelligent system. First we should understand it is difficult to minitor or corner terrorists in a 1 billion population country only by police and intelligent forces. Lots of civilian activity to be taken place where police and civil bodies to have hand an glove relation. It is easy to form such bodies in villages as village dwellers know those who enter the village and move around suspeciously. It is possible in cities also provided apartment societies and land lords of individual houses to have continuous eye on their tenants and visitors. Civilian policing is effective in some part of the cities where burglary has increased. Lots of awareness to be created among civilians. Govt shall tie up with NGOs for this purpose. Again let me plead.. Pls dont blame the system or a particular community. Govt is not so rich to deploy thousands of vigil fellows just for the sake of identifying terrorists or terrorist activities. WE ALL SHOULD JOIN TOGETHER... AND THAT IS THE NEED OF THE HOUR

ya i belive lots of social activity required from normal people.people should aware about strangers activity and particularly land lords should aware about strangers before going through rental agreement.now we all should come forward and unitly we can change this situation.

Actually this is not a security failure. If it was a bomb made by RDX or some powerfull tool it would have been a security failure. But here the bombs were made by normal chemicals found commanly and some bolts etc., how can security keep tab on everyone who buys such chemicals and creates small crude bombs!! it is impossible!!., Here only comman people can help., No police, no security., but the comman man dont take resposiblity and put 100% blame on politicians, police intelligence., its time to get alert. report to the police any suspicious things we see or hear. keep our eyes and hears open

ur stmt is partly correct but why politicians and police attck and why r they defensive. it is known fact that SIMI is behind every attck but wht has been done to tackle the menace.US population is also in billion but how many incidents occured after 9/11??????? so many blasts but how many cases solved how many nabbed ? how many convicetd and under wht law? innocent poeple and our brave soldires continue to die but not a single terrorist has got capital punishment.one has received but our sicular politicians withheld it. whose failure it is?
