How did Aarushi came to know about their discussion and plan? Why it was not disclosed to her parents who were very well available at the house on that fateful night? It is quite common that during night, bed rooms are commonly locked by the occupants and in the given circumstances that her father was a suspecious man, how could he not check the security of her daughter on that particular night. Further when the culprit was in inebriated state, he could definitely not identity the room of the deceased as well as he could not have committed the crime without any sound or noise and even his applying of force on the body could not be same as it would have had in normal happening. Let CBI not fool around as they did in the past. If they have determined to save the real culprit no amount of investigation and test will be futile to come to logical conclusion. This is just as old saying - a sleeping person can be awakened but a pretender cannot be. This aptly suits CBI.Its better to close down this agency which is a bad debt to the exchequer.

facts facts facts!!!Only if people could check facts before posting comments...
According to the supposed confession Aarushi was approached by Rajkumar the fateful night with wrong intentions in her room..and when she opposed and threatened to complain she was murdered. (dunno how could she fly away from the capitivity and inform her parents with two big men around her )... Her father forgot to lock the room that nioght....he cannot be hanged for that..or should he be? The victim had drinks...and its not necessary that after drinks you don't identify rooms...or you're unable to hold a person from screaming...people who are habitual drinkers..generally manage to be consciously aware of their actions even after many drinks.
Just to answer your queries..... and am glad CBI did some investigation inspite of people who oppose every diligence ...every investigation ..infact everything!

What Mr.Balu says is correct... Mr. Himani is praising the validity of a regular drinker.. Does it mean that a regular will not engage in abnormal activities while he/she is drunked ? a false praise... i think it is self praise !

mr bala please dont investigate anything going foward.DO u have the intellect to investigate this case and im sure u dont so do not just air gas. good for nothing investigators the real problem .
I agree with you. Whatever CBI is saying is not possible. It is possible only if Aarushi's parents were not at home else how come three drunk people kill a fairly strong girl of 14 without even a scream coming out.
Even if that happened, why Talwars have been behaving suspiciously?
