According to the supposed confession Aarushi was approached by Rajkumar the fateful night with wrong intentions in her room..and when she opposed and threatened to complain she was murdered. (dunno how could she fly away from the capitivity and inform her parents with two big men around her )... Her father forgot to lock the room that nioght....he cannot be hanged for that..or should he be? The victim had drinks...and its not necessary that after drinks you don't identify rooms...or you're unable to hold a person from screaming...people who are habitual drinkers..generally manage to be consciously aware of their actions even after many drinks.
