loop hole

How did Aarushi came to know about their discussion and plan? Why it was not disclosed to her parents who were very well available at the house on that fateful night? It is quite common that during night, bed rooms are commonly locked by the occupants and in the given circumstances that her father was a suspecious man, how could he not check the security of her daughter on that particular night.
Further when the culprit was in inebriated state, he could definitely not identity the room of the deceased as well as he could not have committed the crime without any sound or noise and even his applying of force on the body could not be same as it would have had in normal happening.
Let CBI not fool around as they did in the past. If they have determined to save the real culprit no amount of investigation and test will be futile to come to logical conclusion. This is just as old saying - a sleeping person can be awakened but a pretender cannot be. This aptly suits CBI.Its better to close down this agency which is a bad debt to the exchequer.
