Wat is this idiotic order from SC. We hgave lots of examples,b y not following SC order in past. You want me to say some Example.

1. Periyar Dam Issue. Even SC order to increase the hight of the Dam, wat Kerala Gov. Did. Can SC ask the Central Gov. to dismiss the kerala Gov? Why the SC still did not talk abt this?
If we ask, they will say, this problem is still in court? How may decades it eill be in court?
If the SC has Gurts, let them ask ti dismiss the Kerala Gov. ASAP
2. The same story in Karnataka, SC order to release the water of 190DCM, But wat happened, still not following, again appiled to SC by Karnataka Gov. Why this SC not dismissed karnataka Gov.

So watever gudgement the SC said, other than TN, no need to follow, but the TN should follow. Wat a idiotic order??

The Kerala and Karnataka Gov. appilled again to the SC, even the SC has taken these cases again to relook. My Qn is, why the SC has taken these two cases again, IS the SC feel that, the order is wrong, thats y SC has taken again, If so, the judges are not a good judges and can send them out ASAP, so how we can understand, the order given againest Mr.Karunanidhi is right, So as a India citizen, shold we think , these judgements are just Eye wash??????????????? Lots of Qns to SC???????? Plz save india.

"the same judiciary comes very hard against the reservation"

Again a clear case of political parties misleading people for their narrow political gains. If you are educated enough, you must be knowing that SC asked for basis of giving reservations to OBC's with statastics of 1940's.It only asked for justification of grounds on which govt considers the total OBC's population in India requires 30 % reservation.

Such a major decision which is not taken based on proper concenses can lead to large scale disbalance in the country. And also there is every chance that a political pary can misuse this power of reservation for their political gains. So there is definitely a need for transparency in such issues. SC asked for the same.

there is a rule stating bandhs are illegal--hence its contempt--secondly which self respecting govt declares a bandh in its own state--the loyal DMK thugs will come out, burn a few buses, burn a few people, indulge in violence and loot, desecrate a few temples and what not.
Since the public will be inconvenienced, it is the duty of the govt of the day to protect the life & property of its citizens--not indulge in rowdyism which is the hall mark of the DMK.
Wouls suggest you sit and watch a few loyal channels and keep quite.
