Again a clear case of political parties misleading people for their narrow political gains. If you are educated enough, you must be knowing that SC asked for basis of giving reservations to OBC\\\'s with statastics of 1940\\\'s.It only asked for justification of grounds on which govt considers the total OBC\\\'s population in India requires 30 % reservation.
Such a major decision which is not taken based on proper concenses can lead to large scale disbalance in the country. And also there is every chance that a political pary can misuse this power of reservation for their political gains. So there is definitely a need for transparency in such issues. SC asked for the same.
