there is a rule stating bandhs are illegal--hence its contempt--secondly which self respecting govt declares a bandh in its own state--the loyal DMK thugs will come out, burn a few buses, burn a few people, indulge in violence and loot, desecrate a few temples and what not. Since the public will be inconvenienced, it is the duty of the govt of the day to protect the life & property of its citizens--not indulge in rowdyism which is the hall mark of the DMK. Wouls suggest you sit and watch a few loyal channels and keep quite.
