Reality Check: Pakis have killed more indians in the last 15 years. Thanks to UPA pilocoes, they can strike anywhere anytime today. We need more than a missile. We need a government that really cares about the Indian interests and a military that is free to make decisions. We need a change, a major change!!!!!

Sam, I wish you will get the sagacity to look at the reality as it truly is. Neo-Colonials (read US) derailed civil and secular democracy in Pakistan and foisted military rulership. They then created the terro infrastructure for cold war machinations to dismember USSR, where they succeeded and weaken India, where they failed miserably. The Indian response was to seek frinedship with USSR and BrahMos is an offshoot of this cooperation. Now BrahMos is supersonic while the best US cruise missile is only subsonic. Please correct your perceptions first. Since when in History did Pakistan have anything called Democracy?Dont try to confuse SAM by your outmoded coldwar rhetorics of people like Karat and Yechury. Let us never forget that on Kashmir issue US has consistenetly supported Pakistan. Indian situation becmae so vulnerable that India had no option but to 'tilt' its non-alignment to get the USSR veto for kashmir, the only nation which stood steadfast on Kashmir with India right through 1960's and 1970's.

"The greatest enemy for this country is Corruption ", Greatly appreciate this statement, however Votebank politics exists everywhere including US. There are many causal factors for corruption, the most critical factor has been the falling purchasing power. You can work in 7-11 in US earn a decent salary and even maintain a small car. Such work fetches a pittance in India. Average productivity in US is 20 times higer, and productivity as you know is directly linked to per capita energy consumption. And energy equations in Middle-East and blocking of India from cheap oil access by creating Paksitan is what geo-politics has been all about. In the current era the equations are extending beyond oil-equations to civil nuclear-energy equations. In this context it makes eminent sense for India-US and other nations to work together. But the old cold-war hangovers in US are not over yet. One hopes that good sense, self interest and political wisdom will prevail.

kraft, Pakistan was founded as a civl secular democratic state by Jinnah. Its first secular PM was murdered by mercenaries. You probably have not heard of CENTO, SEATO, Sabre Jets, Star Fighters, Patton Tanks or F-16s. May be you have not heard of intelli-station Peshawar which was founded to create the so called 'jehadi infrastucture' combining psy-war training with terror tactics. You are probably not aware that ISI was created and trained by CIA with specific objectives which it has 'gloriously' fulfilled. As the American saying goes, 'human nature can not bear too much of reality' specially a weak nature easily relapses into denial mode and see only red where there exists seven colours.

Look at the incidents after Kargil. The Pakistani PM who won the mandate on the basis of 'friendship with India', which led to Lahore Yatra was thrown out and the instigator of Kargil richly rewarded with 'rajgaddi'. Later Colin Powel visited India,but said nothing, then went to Pakistan and made it a 'NATO-partner'. Pakistani was declared as a 'front-line' state fighting against terrorism. The historical fact is that Sino-US-Pak axis have been using Pakistan as a frontline state FOR terrorism for over two decades. Now Pressler amendment has also been discarded and Pak rewarded with F-16s, and more critical for India, 'depeleted Uranium' shells for their tanks which will easily pierce any Indian armour.

Pakistan is a rotton Rat which is spoiling the world by still continuing with terrorism!!! They have to announced as the TERRORIST COUNTRY in the world arena. Hiding Bin ladan at the back yard, speaking good in public, taking China's consultancy to go against with India, lending grounds for America's military base. I do not how much yet the rat is going to spoil the building !!! More over it was our land, what they got by crooked methods, ditching our Gandhiji at the last stage! Violating the agreement with Gandhiji, Jinna went to talk with the British. Even today they constantly rub us, either with war or nuclear threat or even incase there is not any outspoken point araise, they rub us with terrorism, which is a bad fire that set and still nurtured by Pakistan!! It is not really good for America to be seen with Pakistan. But I hope OUR American freinds would not mind to be seen with Pakistan, as America too was employing terrorist inorder to spoil Russia, using Bin ladan and Taliban. Today Americans are shouting at Bin Ladan, killing innocent people, having affairs with Pakistan, even a military base there, and not getting Bin Ladan, who is very much hiding inside the Pakistan!!! What morality America has! We have been sufferring for so many years with this Pak menace. Whenever we complained America used to pretend as if they did not hear!!! But when Bin ladan took the twin city, America got much more alarmed and it has still not stopped weeping in the world's front stage.
But we will continue to do our nuclear testings!!! Incase America does not lift the financial sanctions, we really do not have other ways but to become America's rival and sell weopen to balance our economy.
We still have much more in our pipeline. It is better for these two to realise our potential, atleast now for it is said that better late than never. Fighting and charging will never work with us. If an arm is extented for friendship, we too will return it gracefully. Rubbing on the wrong side will be off no use with us the Indian Lions. THANKS TO RUSSIA!! VANDE MATHARAM!!!

Pakistan a rotten rat? listen mister, when Pakistan was supporting the 50% X Mujahideen in Aghanistan by the way these Mujahideen have been hatched and incubated by the US itself not Pakistan we were merely trying to keep them away from our country bu nurturing a hatchery for them in Afghanistan ) where were the other 50% that fought the Russians? do you know? Ahmad Shah Masood, Abdullah Abdullah were once fighting shoulder with shoulder against teh Russians with the TALIBAN, teh other 50% were being provided all kinds of help by 3 countries INDIA, IRAN and RUSSIA? so if Pakistan is a rotten rat then INDIA, RUSSIA and IRAN are also rotten rats, The Northern Alliance is the second side of the SAME coin so lets not get into this propoganda against Pakistan buddy, you are also buying into the media reports just like your big brothers in the government, check your facts, whatever Pakistan did in the past, India is doing even now in Afghanistan but since you are now entrenched there its now OK. FARCES like this are exactly what the west depends on keep our countries far apart and reduce cooperation while their capitalist system nurtures, grow up and we should stop doing this, by the way not too long ago, India claimed Pakistan based militants were behind the smjohta express blast and they would provife proof where is it? see what I mean, India is pulling the US line now, and Pakistan sits on the fringe, when the US leaces trust me the Taliban will again overthrow this lame government and we will be back to square-ONE then the blame game will start again.
