Well said. Actually the Holy Book talks about women being modestly dressed without any vulgar exposure of her body. It does not say anything about covering the face or anything like that. In fact this dress code should be adhered to by all women irrespective of religious affinity as no decent or dignified community would like its women to be dressed in a vulgar fashion like some of our women in the show business/modelling world which is blindly copied by the uncultured and those with poor family backgrounds. The traditionally sari or salwar kameez are perfect dresses for women. If only the moderate Muslims who are in the majority could pick up the courage to defy their self-appointed moral guardians-the mullahs. Just one or two Shabana Azmis,Javed Akhtars, Dr.Taslima Nasreens or Teesta Setalvads are not enough. Come on, please stand up and be counted. We have millions of liberal Muslims in India alone.

You are right. Even I have read Pasuras in Quaran. No where it is written or mentioned about this practice. This has been introduced latter not as protection but convenience to some.
Wearing Burqa during summer has to be experienced by men folk then they will realise the difficulties faced silently by the women.

Razzak Cool down dont be too excited about islamic Laws.Every religion has some bad elements. An individual cannot be arrested or imprisoned for the offenses of others. Every person is responsible for his own acts.

I am sure you know the meaning of Allah O Akbar. If Allah is great & Koran is the truth then how can you say that true believer of Islam should kill Sania Mirza. That means you are neither a Muslim nor you have ever read Koran. By saying that her breast is clearly visible then hiprocrate like you just look at her vital stats only..so are you not unislamic person so fatwa has to be issued in your name also for looking at female in a bad sense which is prohibited in Islam. So before killing Sania Mirza you should be the first person to be killed. So refrain from such things and think about Allah, Prophet Mohammad Sala O Sallam..do good deeds...
